I have a 93 honda accord. I just had the spark plugs, wires and valve gasket changed?

check the oil dipstick. If the oil looks chocolaty, your headgasket is bad again. Check all your hoses, make sure there is no leaks (a pinhole leak can spray coolant towards the spark plug wires. Check your radiator for any leaks or white crust buildup.
 
Now when I pulled the spark plug covers or caps up it has moisture on it only on the first and fourth ones. also I have to put coolant in my radiator every couple of days, but I cannot see any thing leaking out. Does anyone know what the problem could be. I had the head gasket replaced about six months ago.
