Well my immediate thought would be the starter or alternator. If your getting a fast ticking when trying to start then its probably the alternator. If there is no ticking, its probably the starter. If its not that then its most likely a short circuit, or a bad fuse somewhere in the wiring.
 
...turn over and no power? it acts like there is no power but the batter is good what else could it be need help please thanks
