I took carbs apart and cleaned really good 2 weeks ago. I have rode it many times after and it ran good and idled great. today I had it running to warm it up and I noticed that it was idling really low and then it died. I rode it to work and noticed that it was was not accelerating good. I had throttle all the way down in third gear and it would not even go 55 I put in 2nd and got the rpms up and kept them up and then went to third gear and got the rpms up and it sputtered and died. after that it was Very hard to start. once I got it started I would go for a mile and then it would die again. could this be bad gas. or an adjustment to the carbs.
I have a 83 yamaha virago 750 It will it idles really low and then dies what is wrong?
