...anyone familair with these trans? I hear a high pitch whine when unit is under load Not loud, but noticeable . It does't do it when doing 40-50mph and put in neutral, so I'm guessing not ujoints. Is the the 2spd od seperate from trans? Are these units any good? If not, is there a swapout? Is it worth going through? Why does the 2s OD control button have a temp light on it any help would be appreciated. Thanks Tom
 
First I want to tell you that you have one hell of an engine. If it's an R.V. I suspect the tranny is made that way for pulling mountains. Never use overdrive unless you are on level ground. This motor won't give up and can over power the transmission.
