SILL PULLS WHEN I PICK UP A CAR? so what else can i do to the front end to make it stop pullin to the left or right
 
Good for you. You now have a good and safe front end. Now to the cause of the problem. First I would check for a rear spring problem. Could be as simple as a broken centre bolt, broken leaf or just a week spring. Now to the bad one and it does happen to wreckers. Frame bent. Yes I know from experience on this one. Have had both.
