i have a 5 year old who is extreamlly naughty?

he hit me he bites me he screames at the top of his voice he kicks punches the walls and doors he doesnt sit still for 1 minute if no one is talking he will sit and talk to hisself he doesnt sleep very well his teacher has said he is like he has a split personality some one help what schoul i do
