I have a 27 inch Sanyo TV, it is about 5-6 years old, what it is just started doing...

...making a buzz sound that? starts after about one minute when I turn on the TV then when I put the TV on mute it still buzzes it starts of low and then goes high then back to low then after about five minutes the buzz goes away. I would like to know if this problem can be fixed if it can be could I do it or should I take the TV in to a repair place.
 
Chances are it is in the need of one or more capacitors that have lost their characteristics over time.
It would take a repairman with an ESD meter do analyze and replace these caps. The problem could also be caused by defective solder connections which would require re-soldering.
