i have a 22re toyota pu that has problem with power?

i have a 22re toyota pu that im having trouble finding the problem with . please help it idles perfect and cranks up easily . no check engine light comes on at all . when i press the gas petal wile driving down the road it seems like i can only use the first inch of the petal if i press it any farther down then it loses all power but it doesnt stall out . im lost... i have replaced the tps,maf,ignition coil,dist cap rotor buton,plugs ,plug wires ,fuel pump, hell i even took off the intake and had it sandblasted, replaced the fuelinjector seals.the catalitic convertor isnt clogged either . took it to toyota dealership and had it diagnosed they said the timing chain so i replaced the timing chain and gears etc.still have the same problem im lost please help
