i have a 2008 kawasaki kx 250f that wont idle unless its chocked?

i just got the carb and gas tank cleaned and a new spark plug coil put on it it starts chocked and idles but dies when i un chock it also when i ride and stop i have to put in the clutch and keep it reved up or it dies
