I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger I just installed XenTech HID Headlights 12000K

now they blink. Why? Is there a Fix? I've checked the wiring it looks good. I accidently pulled someone over last night after dodge dealership told me it had been fixed. SO they are not legal right now. Please help!
 
You can try another bulb ( or swapping the two bulbs to see if it happens to the other side ) but my first guess would be a faulty ballast/control unit.
 
hid lights blinking or staying (even with no power attached) on after you turn the car off is bad news hid lights get old and do these strange things, if they are second hand or cheap. or just maybe theyre new and youve got them wired wrong. maybe underpowered balllast
