i have a 2008 chevy 2500hd with the new lmm duramax i constantly pull around...

...7 to 10,000 pounds ? what would be the best chip/downloader for fuel economy and performace when not pulling thanks matt
 
I am running ford 7.3 with DP-Tuner and from everything I have heard about Duramax the only way to go is PPE. Make sure you do something with intake like AFE and Exhaust ( farmboysdiesel.com has pretty good deals ) and get some gauges to watch what is going on. Do not know if you have any exp. with the diesel tuners but it is insane-your truck will be nearly twice as fast.
 
You should know this GM just sent us a bulletin if our programmer detects an altered code on any of the trucks with the 100000 mile power train we are to void the warranty right then. I have had a few customers put chips in I believe they call them bulldog chips? But I thought you should have a heads up especially if you have the truck serviced or worked on somewhere else than where you bought it.
