I have a 2007 Honda Civic LX. speedometer, temperature gauge, rpm not working.?

I have a 2007 Honda Civic LX. speedometer, temperature gauge, rpm not working... any ideas what it could be? i believe it could be related to a relay or a fuse i check the fuses and all are fine but some are missing and when i check for power it does have power and looks like it could use a fuse but i don't have a fuse diagram to know what type or fuse would go in the slot. ... when i go to turn the car on the temperature gauge turns on goes to H and then goes back down to C and the light turns off for it... the speedometer stays at 0, rpm lights up but stays at 0 as well. any ideas anyone?
 
This is mr wife4life. under the hood you should have relays. get a haynes book for your car it should tell you what relay controls what. If you dont find anything there look under the hood for mega fuses. there just big ass fuses your problem might be there. since your car os so new, you might have shorted something out (maybe by an after market radio) and it will keep poping the fuse until you fix the short.
