there are many solutions that can add up to just a small amount of improvement
1. you can keep the air off which can increase it by 1 mph
2. get new tires without all the big nobby treds (street tires)
3. use the premium grade gas.
4. if you are on an interstate or something the most fuel eff. speed to go is 55 mph even though it is slow it helps tremendously. this is a proven fact.
