i have a 2004 jeep wrangler x with 90,000 miles, i,ve tuned it up recently but it seems sluggish, i have to gear down from 5th to 4th on very small hills. I'm running 33's with a 3 inch lift but i think it should have alot more pull in 5th, any answers??
