I have a 2004 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer and the front end squeeks?

Someone backed into my front left tire, but no exterior damage. Right after that happened my front end began to squeak. Every time I hit a bump or go over a speed bump its a loud annoying sound. Does anyone know the fix for this.
