"real dealer" who told me nothing. Especially in the morning, power steering feels sluggish. Similar to being low on fluid (but it is not). After driving it improves, but still feels sluggish in tight turns, again like it is short of fluid. I have inspected, all components seem to be factory OEM, no leaks evident, no loss of fluid.

I have NOT replaced pump, are there any other steps to take or check out first? A filter possibly? Thanks in advance for any advice.
Don't think anything is damaged, it was working fine. Have not run over anything.
Is the P/S on the large serpentine belt or seperate?
