I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus and the inside light went out. How do I take that

plastic thing off to change it?
I also noticed that when I opened the glove box there wasn't a light coming on from in there and I swear there used to be one. Could something have made them all go out?
 
The procedure for removing the lens and changing the bulb are outlined starting on page 305 of your Owners Manual. The fuse panel locations and other info start on pages 286 + 289, going to page 292.

The dome lights fuse is #22, in the engine compartment fuse box.
 
the lens just pops off use a small screwdriver and go under the edge of it and pop it out,then you can get to the bulb in it,be careful not to brake the lens though,they break pretty easy sometimes,good luck.
