...thermostat and that didnt help.? Any ideas??? I have heard to check the fan motor or the sensor. Any other ideas????????
 
If it's been overheated multiple times, it could have a blown head gasket or a cracked cylinder head. It could be the fan motor or a sensor, also, but that should be easy to diagnose, because you could watch the fan to see if it's working, and if a sensor's out, the temp gauge will probably act weird, such as showing that it's at 220 right after a cold start, etc.
 
Check & make sure the fan is turning on soon enough, flush the radiator, new radiator cap, get a relay from the dealer... you might need the radiator professionally cleaned.
