I had both my battery and starter tested, and was told both are working fine. Changed a blown out fuse, but still can't get car to start.

does the motor turn over? or just does absolutely nothing? there are two things, is there no gas or is there no spark? you may have a bad distributor, or a fuel line could be busted, but then again there are a lot of things that could go wrong. take it in and have the people run diagnostics on it.

If it cranks id say the crank position sensor is broke or the control module is bad. If it does not crank, you might have a bad fusible link at the starter (if it has one) or a bad ignition switch or connection to the switch.
