I have a 2003 chevy malibu.?

the engine would squeel when the accelerator was pushed. so i changed the serpintine belt and it was fine for a week. it came back, so i had the water pump replaced and it was fine for a day and the noise came back. I didnt notice it befor but the harmonic balancer wobbles. is this normal? if not could this cause the squeel? HELP please
