I have a 2002 Toyota Tundra. The truck shakes when I brake at any speed. What could

cause this.? I have changed tires. brakes and ball joints but it continues to shake. I have been on the forums looking and others have the same problem but no answers. Any ideas that I have not mentioned.
 
When you say that you changed the brakes are saying that you have new pads and rotors or were the rotors turned? A pulsation that only occurs when braking 95% of the time points to the rotors being warped. Where are feeling the shake, in the steering wheel, seat, brake pedal or all over the vehicle?
 
When you replaced the brakes , did you get the rotors cut. They are probably out of round. Have them checked. Good luck
