...on unless I punch dashboard.? I turn it on full blast and nothing....punch the dashboard a few times, very hard and it starts up. Very cold. Works great until I stop the car or turn it off. Have to do it again to get it to start blowing again.
 
Electrical problem. I suggest punching it as hard as you can 16 times while shouting "Please work." This may solve the problem.
