...30 min. It starts fine, but will? idle rough for about 30 sec or so, actually reving the engine a few times clears it up. I have checked the plugs, wires, cleaned MAP sensor, air filter, cleaned EGR valve and replaced pressure sensor. Also put a new coolant sensor on it. it has 98,000 miles on it, doesn't smoke, and runs great other than this. Any help on this???? Thanks!!
 
May be plugged injectors. Run some lucas oil fuel injector cleaner through it. Also, may be a bad coil, coil wire, cap or rotor. Another thing is valves. They may be loosening up as you warm up the engine a little. You may try some high mileage oil but I wouldn't use any additives or anything, they're bad news.
