You currently have a:
265/70/17 = 31.6x10.4/17
32 inch tire under there now, a 35 will be 1.5 inches closer to your trucks body, both height and width-wise.
A 3 inch lift should be enough, but it will be tight, and you may need to order those new rims with less backspacing, to more the tire away from the truck's body.
Keep in mind for serious off road wheeling (rocking/flexing) this still may not be enough, but it will look big; fill up the trucks wheel wells.
