i have a 2000 honda cr 250 that leak gas?

i have a 2000 honda cr 250 when i turn my fuel on my gas will leak out of the bottom of the carb out of the overflow tube what can cause that and how do i fix it
 
sounds like your float is either stuck or has a leak. Remove the carb. Remove the float bowl. Check float for leaks. If the float is leaking get a new one. Check the float needle(probably attached to float at the hinge). Clean it while you have it off and reinstall.
