i have a 2000 chevy blazer 4x4 4.3 with 4wheel disc makes noises you can feel in peddle?

you know how when you go thought a water puddle your brakes make noise and they dont really stop to good well this 1 does that all the time like they dont push enough.i changed front pads n roters.is this in the abs?no lights are on.
i just hade wheelbearings replaced thats when the brake noise started
 
Even though the abs light is not on, i think one of your abs sensors has failed. If you feel the abs pump go on everytime you brake, its a abs brake sensor.
