I have a 2000 Buick Regal. The Air and Heat unit turns on but it doesn't blow.?

Once in a while if I hit a good bump it will start to blow. Other than that you can hear it turn on, but it won't blow. Can somebody help me on what I can do?
How do I check the motor?
