long should i cook it? The meat is already thawed and i will be home to monitor it, i want it to be well done, no pink inside? Can anyone help?
 
When adding vegetables they should be placed under the meat. The vegetables take a bit longer to cook and what is on the bottom cooks the fastest.

General rule of thumb is roughly two hours per pound on high, three hours on low. This will vary depending on what you add to it and if liquid is added. Meat will make it's own broth, so liquids are by choice, but not needed.
