I have a 1999 Mark III Jetta, it has 14" stock factory wheel's w/ hubcap's. I was looking to upgrade to 15" rims. The current bolt pattern on the stock wheel's is a 4 bolt, and so is the pattern on the 15" rims I want, which are these

but I don't know if they will fit my car because I don't know what the cap size is in the middle on my stock wheel's and I don't know how to find that out? These are a 4-100 bolt pattern on the 15" rims, but my stock wheel's, I don't know, help?
