i have a 1999 honda accord, power locks on the passenger side wont lock, unless i lock

manually, is it a fuse? when i lock using the power lock switch, it wont lock passenger side

Not likely. Most fuses power both doors. Most likely the motor for the lock on that door, or a solinoid.
