I have a 1998 chrysler cirrus that will not start.?

I replaced the timing belt, so I double checked the timing marks and they are dead on (checked after cranking the engine numerous times). It has spark and fuel, but it sounds like engine timing. I do not believe in coincidences, so what gives with the timing?
