...some holes? i have a 1998 Cadillac Deville.i hear some noise when i drive on roads that have some holes - not big though. it seems something is wrong with the springs...i took the car to a cadillac dealer and asked them to inspect the springs and the shocks struts..they didn't find any problem...is anybody have the same problem?

Well, any car is going to make a noise when you hit a bump. If it is not your suspension then it is your chassis.

What kind of sounds? "Hearing some noise" is extremely vague. Do you hear clunking? Springs groaning? Thumps?

It could be any number of things, from the surface material of one road to your tires, or it could be mechanical. The fact that people who are typically always eager to recommend any and all possible repairs inspected it and found nothing, I would say continue driving it on as many different surfaces and roads as possible.

And just because it's a Cadillac doesn't mean you have a silent ride. Bumps are bumps, and depending on how you hit them, you're bound to make noise.
