I have a 1998 3.8 V6 Ford Mustang and it's making a rattling noise. What could it be?

I have a 1998 3.8 V6 Ford Mustang and recently I did an oil change and now it's making a rattling noise coming from the engine. I can hear it when my car idles and also when i accelerate, but not as much. I'm not sure what it is does anyone know what it could be?
