I have a 1997 jeep cheerokie. all my windows are electric.?

All my windows work good. there is one problem. my passanger window does,t go up or down. what could be the problem.Is it the fuse, is there a short, is there a way i can run the window to the battery just to roll it up. please help if you can. thank you.
