I have a 1997 Dodge ram 1500 2WD. The front suspension is very squeaky.

Squeaks are not the result of a lack of lubrication. What you are hearing is a dry bushing or grommet which is a rubber component rubbing against a dry metal surface. The rubber has become hard, dry and less resilient. To make these noises go away, it requires that you replace the bad grommet or bushing. There are some front end suspensions that require lubrication, yes but it does not prevent squeaking. The lubrication is to prevent excessive wear in stress movement joints. Hope this helps

Where are the grease points located? Also. is there a way to maybe grease the steering components. I can't find any diagrams of the lube/grease points anywhere. Thanks
