...power while I am driving.? I replaced the fuel filter and it seemed to get better for a day now its doing the same thing again. What else can I check for?

try a bottle of fuel treatment maybe might be dirty fuel system as well possible if it dies a coil maybe tuen up and service best bet since you dont know when it was done last
