J John C New member Jan 24, 2010 #2 the ground on the solenoid has come lose. Crawl underneath and check your self, money says I'm right.

G gene s New member Jan 24, 2010 #3 You most likely have a bad starter. GM starter are bad during the mid ninety.
K kelly_f_1999 New member Jan 24, 2010 #4 dirty battery cables remove them scrape off the gray cable ends and battery post tighten try again
