gas pedal it sputters, HELP? IM NOT SURE WHAT TO DO WITH THIS TRUCK, I'VE CLEANED THE CARB. I HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT IT COULD BE, BUT I WANT OTHER OPINIONS AS WELL. IF ANYONE CAN HELP THAT WOULD BE GREAT. THANK YOU.

Worn out fuel pump, or plugged fuel filter.

I say that because I'vee had to change my pump in my 1991 C2500 after running out of gas.
The gas keeps the pump inside the tank from overheating.
If you run out, or drive around a lot with less than 1/4 tank, it's detrimental to the pump.

not enough info in your question to begin trouble shooting from on line

is the check engine light on?

A 95 shouldn't have a carb on it (it has a throttle body). It sounds to me like it's an ignition fault. Is there lots of black splooge coming out of the exhaust when it happens? If the check engine lite is not on give her a full tune up (plugs wires cap and rotor). First tho pull off center coil wire from the distributor cap as this is the first one to go south.

Have you changed the spark plugs? If no, please do.If necessary please replace them. Also check your filters like Air filter and fuel filter. Only clean air filter can increase the mileage of the vehicle by 10%. If the problem continues, please have your vehicle inspected by your professional mechanic.
All the best :)
