i have a 1995 chevy blazer with check engine light on ?

my check engine light is on ,on a 1995 chevy blazer 4.3 vortec i had it put on computer and it showed a misfire on cylinder 3 the mechanic turn off the check engine light i then changed the plugs and wires and now the check engine light is on again

If nothing is happening....you can either ignore it or have another diagnostic done.
