i have a 1993 toyota camry, and it will no longer go in reverse anymore how do i fix this?

when i got off work it worked fine about 30 mins ago, now it wont go anymore. what happened that fast?please tell me how to fix it i dont have money for a mechanic right now.
my car drives it just wont go in reverse
