i have a 1993 honda civic dx 1.5 liter and my floor board of my car keep getting wet?

i have checked under the car and didn't see any rust on the under body but one of my windows are messed up and i had a few people say that that might be the reason but even if so it hasn't rained or snowed in over 3 weeks so i thought it might be a heater core because that is what happened in my old car but not sure so any advise or insight would help thanks
