I have a 1992 Toyota Previa - How do I Check the code for the Check Engine?

My 1992 Toyota Previa Has a check engine light on in it... I know I cannot use the code reader I have ... Because its a 1992 ... So does anyone here know how to check it? Thanks in advance for your answers!
