It only starts if I hold the Gas padle down to the floor, an it shakes an hesitates as if it gonna cut off after its been started. Could this be the fuel pump.
no, if it was the fuel pump it wouldnt start. try changing out the fuel filter and check the spark plugs and spark plugs wires, they also can cause this.
