My blazer s10 has a transmission leak which was found by a local auto shop, they say the seal between the transmission and the transfer case is leaking therefore leaking transmission fluid into the transfer case(which they say is completely harmless) but that is where I'm losing my fluid. But a problem that has happened off and on is that sometimes the vehicle does not go in reverse, like it doesn't "click" into gear... So I don't know if that is a fluid level problem but I checked it and its fine or a vacuum issue, because my step dad did fix and splice a vacuum line that goes back around the exhaust manifold. So I don't know what to do. I am getting the car fixed, well the transmission in Mid July..I don't know what the not going in reverse is all about and it still doesn't do it and im scared to drive it.

first off is it a 700r4 tranny 350 350 turbo or 400? if its a 700r4 just junk the tranny 700r4s are pieces of @#$% they are jusnk after 100,000 miles the pump goes out then u will have problems with it from then on. get either a 350 tran 350 turbo or u can i dont suggest it but u can get a 400.
