I have a 1991 Mercury Capri convertible. Is there any way for me to drain out the gas?

Basically, it comes equipped with a system where I cannot siphon the gas out. I need to do this because...well let's just say I was inattentive and put the wrong fuel in the car...But I need to get all of the fuel out. I haven't turned the engine on or anything, so it shouldn't have gotten into the engine. I had about a quarter tank when I put the bad stuff in. Help please?
 
you can use a syphon tool to suck the stuff out but it doesnt get it all, other than that you may have to drop the tank out
