i have a 1991 kawasaki vulcan ex500 that will die running down the road and then start back up most times?

there is no pattern to the bike dying or re-starting; it just dies for no reason at times but will start back up and other times will spin and not start and then all of sudden will start.
I have checked fuel and I believe it to be electrical
