My car had water in it. The water went half way on the tires and now the car doesn't want to start. The car cranks but does not turn ever. What's the first thing I need to do? Also I know that my car has a computer on the passenger floor. Can that be the problem? I have an extra computer from a 1993 Honda Accord that I can put on. It sounds like the car is out of gas when I try to crank it up. Please any advise.
