i have a 1991 acura legend..after every 4 miles my car kill..what cause this?

it takes at least 6 min to start back up..and i have a fan running to the battery..i put it on a test machine and alll they found was a knock sensor and they said that wont cause it to shut down..im clueless or maqybe they wrong
i dont mean kill as in killin people ans mean the car shut down anywhere and dont start back up for 6 mins..i hate this because sometimes i hold up traffic
