I have a 1990 toyota camry. recently it has started to not start. it will start as soon as i jump it, but next time i go to start it it doesnt start until i jump it again. also when i am driving it sounds like my car is reving up then down then up then down and has one time even shut off.also my lights dim as well, any ideas help is definitely appreciated. thank you.

you absolutely have a bad battery and probably a bad alternator. The alternator probably ruined the battery.
I had the same issue with my car. Replacing the alternator and battery will take care of it. A battery is usually about 60 to 80 bucks, an alternator will probably cost about 2-300 bucks and take a bit of work to put in. You can do it if you're car savvy. If you're not, any reputable mechanic will be able to take care of it for you.

How old is the battery? If you don't know, maybe you should have it checked. Also make sure the alternator is up to snuff.
