I have a 1990 cadillac sedan deville, and its makin a crazy whistling noise?

my car is making a loud whistling noise on the passenger sides by the belts, what could be making this noise?

it could be a number of things,but spray wd40 on all the pulleys and replace the belt and start there.

try a little belt dressing on the belts and maybe a little wd40 on pulleys and see if that helps

water pump....they have notorious problems on that vehicle.....cud b other stuff but wud start there
